Existing customers

The day you move out, you need to take closing meter readings at your old address and opening meter readings at your new address. Let us know what they are so you don’t pay for energy other people use.

We’ve made it easier for you to bring Ebico with you with one simple phone call.

You will need:

  • Date of move
  • Final readings (if the move out date has passed, please note we require the final readings before we will send SSE the details)
  • If you wish for us to transfer the account to your new address, please also confirm the readings at your new address
  • The meter serial number at your new address (often found by the barcode)
  • An email address or a contact telephone number
  • Finally call the relevant number below:
