Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bills. You can spread your costs evenly and hassle free over 12 months. We’ll review your payments at least once a year to make sure you’re paying the right amount to cover your bills. We base this on the energy you’ve used previously and the latest meter readings, which may be estimated.
If they need to change, we’ll let you know on your bill or by letter.
