Our Customer Service

We pride ourselves in offering our customers a personal customer service. We always aim to answer your calls quickly.

Our customer service team is available for you from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, they are based in the UK and aim to answer your call quickly and in person.

If you are an EquiGas & EquiPower customer and have a billing enquiry you can call SSE’s general customer service line on 0345 026 2658. However, if you have a general enquiry please call us on 0800 458 7689 or 01993 608 404.

There are links on this page to information such as how we treat customers fairly, how we make sure the needs of vulnerable customers are met and how we respond to complaints. You can also find practical information about bills, moving house and meter readings.

If you are an Ebico PrePay customer we have a one stop shop telephone number and our customer service team will deal with all your enquiries just call us on 0800 028 6699 . If you don’t have the time to call us send us an email to customerservice@ebico.org.uk and our team will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
