How we are doing

In the six short years that the Ebico Trust has been in operation, we have committed over £1 million in grants to support projects that tackle fuel poverty across England, Scotland and Wales.

Our initiatives can be nationwide; for example funding research for the charity National Energy Action into the carbon footprint of the fuel poor. Or we have put our surpluses towards geographically focussed initiatives like ‘Bill Busters’ in the town of Darwen just outside Blackburn, targeting 500 vulnerable households in the area. And our very first project was a multi-location one called the Green Doctor programme. This partnered us up with Groundwork UK, an environmental charity and took us into diverse locations including North London, Slough and Leeds.

The map, below, shows where the nearest project, funded by Ebico customers, is to you.
